Daniel Padilla's mom actress-singer Karla Estrada joined the blind auditions of The Voice of the Philippines Season 2. Estrada tried out for a spot in the blind auditions of The Voice of the Philippines Season 2. According to Karla Estrada she joined the VoicePh for experience but sad to say the actress failed to get past the first round of screening. Estrada accepted the decision of the coaches.
