Roxanne Cabañero Acosta files a rape case against Vhong Navarro at the Pasig City Prosecutor’s Office on Wednesday as his lawyer Atty. Virgilio Batalla revealed the name of his client to the media.
The lawyer of Roxanne Cabañero stated “Ang kasong rape ay may 20 years na prescription at kadalasang kasong nire-resolba ng ating Korte Superma ay ipinayl ng biktima na matagal na panahon. So this is natural for a victim of rape na matagalan bago mag-file.”
Roxanne Cabañero personally filed the charges against Vhong Navarro and his lawyer confirmed that his client is currently in Manila. Atty. Batalla also stated that Vhong Navarro is a powerful person.
The lawyer is also mum on the issue circulating online that his client Roxanne Cabañero is a friend of businessman Cedric Lee, the alleged mastermind of the mauling incident in Taguig involving Vhong Navarro.
