Charice Pempengco was insulted by American singer Rex Smith during a show's rehearsal in a hotel in Cebu City. The incident happened when Charice is doing her sound check, and Rex Smith came up the stage and pointed finger to Charice and said "Can you please stop what you are doing'. Rex Smith left the stage and dropped the F**k word. Charice was shocked and couldn't believe the reactions of American Singer. Someone from Ovation Production apologized to them and said that the American singer Rex Smith will personally apologize to Charice, but it never happens.
