In his twitter account Ramon Bautista said "I respect the decision of the Davao officials, and I will abide by it". Ramon Bautista joked 'hipon' to the women of Davao City became controversial. Ramon was a guest performer at the Davao City Kadayawan Festival.
Hipon means shrimp used to describe a person who is unattractive but sexy. The resolution said Bautista violated Davao City's Women Development Code with his act considered as another form of sexual harassment.
